RAM Cellars was founded by Vivianne, a Portland-based winemaker with formal training in viticulture and enology, as a small, hands-on urban winery focused on thoughtful, small-lot production.

The philosophy centers on low-intervention winemaking with an emphasis on preserving natural acidity, balance, and clarity of site and varietal expression rather than chasing overt “natural” character.

Beyond the cellar, RAM Cellars is also values-driven, supporting queer and transgender communities through charitable giving, making the project as much about purpose as it is about the wine itself.
