Tuesday Tasting & April Wine Club Pick
April Theme: Carbon Footprint! How are rising temperatures and unstable weather patterns changing the future of winemaking? Let's discuss sustainability, biodynamics, low water utilization, and regenerative farming, even the use of lighter-weight bottles to reduce the impact of freight shipping and material usage. Let's highlight producers who are taking it upon themselves to sound the alarm and become changemakers.

Tuesday Tasting & March Wine Club Pick Up
March! So many events to celebrate! Spring! Washington Wine Month! Women's History Month!
Join us for a tasting of local wines who's producers give BIG. Not only do these makers produce wines of the highest quality, but they also think beyond the bottle. Ranging from B Corp certification to a sweet homage to their loyal employee, so many reasons to raise a glass!
We'll also feature a few of our favorite Badass Ladies of Wine! During Women's History Month and International Women's Day, we recognize those who have shattered barriers and revolutionized all facets of winemaking. The increasing presence of women in wine is a nod towards the broader societal changes in acknowledging and honoring women's professional accomplishments.
Tasting fee is $10 (complimentary for Halfseas Wine Club Members). Pick up your wine club allocation for March and taste some wine!
Brimmer will no longer be offering snacks, but wine by the glass will be available as well as retail pricing on to- go bottles! Halfseas wine bar and bottle shop is up and running and will be serving food until 9pm :) Come by and check it out!

Vermouth…What is it made from? How is vermouth best enjoyed? Jesse from Bianco Rosso/Kily Imports will be leading this fun and educational exploration into this fortified wine. The use of botanicals, including herbs, spices, and bitter roots make Vermouth unique. Considered a spa beverage that was good for the health during centuries past due to several of its bitter ingredients… We can get onboard with that!
