Let’s talk about menopause. 🍷
Join us at Halfseas for an intimate and approachable conversation with local physician and menopause expert Susan J. Baumgaertel, MD, author of The Menopause Menu. Designed for women in their 40s and 50s who are curious about the menopause transition, this small-group gathering is a chance to learn, ask questions, and talk openly about what’s happening in our bodies during this stage of life.
Dr. Baumgaertel will kick things off with a short talk followed by a guided Q&A and group discussion. We’ll explore common symptoms and management strategies- including hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, weight changes, changing periods, libido concerns, fatigue, stress, and more- with plenty of time for your questions.
Grab a glass of wine or your favorite beverage, get comfortable, and join the conversation. No question is too small or silly, and you definitely don’t need to arrive knowing anything about menopause.
