Cantine Surrau, founded by the Demuro family in 2001, blends generations of Sardinian farming tradition with a modern, sustainable approach to winemaking. Originally rooted in small-scale, family vineyard work, the Demuros transitioned from construction to viticulture, designing a winery that harmonizes with Gallura’s granite landscape. Today, they focus on native varieties like Vermentino and Cannonau, using minimal intervention to let the region’s distinctive soils and sea breezes shine through in their fresh, authentic wines.
